Woman decorates dog poo with strawberries and whip cream

A woman said that in order to bring attention to the issue of dog poo on the streets she began decorating the fecal matter with strawberries and whip cream.

By decorating the poo, dog owners will have no choice but to clean up after their dogs, the woman claims.

Theresa Ritchie of the United Kingdom, also carries Nutella in her handbag to spread on the dog feces on her way to work. Ritchie hopes her decorative technique will make the owners of the dogs in Peterhead, aware that someone is watching them.
