The killer bludgeoned to death the neighbour’s maid after she told him she was pregnant and threatened to report him for rape. He believed her claims – despite the fact they had never had sex.
After killing her, he placed her body in a bathtub filled with water, then set the villa alight to hide the evidence. The villa was reduced to ashes, but the bathtub survived because it was filled with water.
