Yatra.com forgets to renew domain name. Loses substantial amount of business

Yatra.com has forgotten to renew domain name in time.

The site's registration seems to have expired on August 9 causing inconvenience to its customers who are trying to access the website.

Yatra.com claims that the site is down due to technical reasons. But the WhoIs Registry details shows the domain expired on August 9 (It has since been renewed, and the site is up and running)
