This lady stops traffic on Sixth Avenue and 22nd Street by banging on car doors and repeatedly screaming "Sorry, I forgot!"
At the 2:30 mark, she also pops the trunk of a cab, grabs a wheelchair, and just drops it on the ground. Remarkably, no one attempts to retaliate, even after she swats at their camera phones.
